The arc collar weld tungsten carbide collars are designed to be ground on a rotary tool with a tungsten carbide grinding wheel, to be used for joining thin metal parts. Jigs can be used for precise location of the drill point and for accurately locating arc weldments at angles up to 90 degrees.
